[SingCERT] Security Updates for Oracle products – July 2012

[ Summary ]

Oracle has released several critical updates for their products. The updates fix several vulnerabilities which can be exploited by remote user to cause arbitrary code to be executed. Due to the threat posed by a successful attack, Oracle strongly recommends that customers apply fixes as soon as possible. This Critical Patch Update (CPU) contains 87 new security fixes across the product families.

Successful exploitation of the vulnerabilities could allow a remote user to access and modify data on the target system. A remote user can cause partial denial of service.
