Microsoft has released seven security bulletins for January 2012 addressing issues in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Developer Tools and Software.
Out of the seven bulletins, one bulletin is rated as critical and six rated as important. The one bulletin that contains critical updates is MS12-004 addresses two vulnerabilities affecting Windows Media. Microsoft indicates exploit code is likely.
