Microsoft Internet Explorer is prone to a remote memory-corruption vulnerability.
Microsoft has released 17 security bulletins as part of its usual cycle of monthly updates. The bulletins address a variety of vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer. Two of the bulletins are rated critical, 14 are rated important and one is rated moderate. System owner are advised to apply the patch as soon as possible.
Multiple vulnerabilities were identified in Mozilla Firefox, Thunderbird and SeaMonkey.
VMware has released patches to address multiple vulnerabilities affecting VMware Workstation, Player, Fusion, ESXi, and ESX.
